I'm a landscaper at Rock Grove Landscapes & bought & installed my equifab aluminum dumper years ago. For the past 3 years I've been using Parkview to repair all my small engine equipment especially the Echo Equipment Line. They service & repair all my weedwhacker's, blowers etc and will do all the small little things in between during the busy season. I wasn't going to do a review but I feel I should. I have never dealt with this company before but a friend of mine suggested me to go there. I have to say it was the worse experience ever. The customer service at the front was awful. A gentleman was screaming and every word that came out of his mouth was swearing. He was very aggressive and unprofessional. The team at Parkview Equipment provided me with outstanding customer service. They are knowledgeable, dependable and priced fair. The team is very friendly and trust-worthy. They are conveniently located close to the QEW. They have a beautiful show room with a large selection of parts ready for pick up. I am a repeat customer and will not go anywhere else. Fantastic place!
