My referral for ENDO.was sent to this office for my thyroid dysfunction which is not a new condition. I called late morning Monday left VM another call to them Monday left a second VM about 4:00 pm. I did receive a VM after that call but I was out in the yard. Instructed me to call back. I called Tuesday am left a VM and again Wednesday am again NO answer. Left a VM. I was a patient years ago, and Dr. Ramirez was AMAZING.. When she left they sent a letter to go back to my pcp. Fast forward about two years, and my blood work was done and my levels were bad, so I call to ask what medication my previous Dr. had me on. They refused to give me just a name. They said I needed a referral and an appointment and see the provider to get the name of medication I had been on. No other details just the name of a medication. My PCP was shocked at that response. I saw Megan Acosta O'Gara today and she was so thorough and supportive that I immediately felt like a heavy burden had been lifted. She gave me information I hadn't received from any other medical professional in the 25 years since I was diagnosed. She made me feel completely safe, unlike with other doctors, and 100% confident. I cannot praise Megan enough!
Outstanding Dr's and staff. Dr spent a lot of time explaining everything to us. Highly recommended!
I have been trying to call for a couple days no answer and no return call. Pretty bad Customer service.
