My home buying experience with Meritage Homes has been an unpleasant one to say the least. I recently closed on my home in Parkview East in Lilburn, Ga. One day after move-in, 2 of my toilets overflowed as the shower was being used. The overflow caused major water damage on the 1st floor of the house. Hallway Plumbing, admittedly forgot to remove the ball float instrument used to measure the water system. Since there was so much water damage, a water restoration rep had to rip up the carpet, base boards, and hardwood floors.... read more
