I've always had GREAT experiences with the lab, MRI, Dr Sharma, Dr Manges especially, staff for procedures, surgeries (a few unwanted hiccups post op actually, that was in April 2019), chemo infusions... couldn't ask for better!

The person that checked me in , literally told me to look at her computer if I didn’t believe her that my labs weren’t in , thought it was very unprofessional and I’m in the medical field , I would never have someone look at my computer to “check” if they were telling the truth or not. HIPPA violations. The correct actions would be to contact the doctor which I did and had them fax it right away.

Horrible service, the lady at the front desk is rude and making an appointment makes no difference you will wait forever. This place is terrible. All for profit, not for you.

Disregard Google Maps instructions and enter the hospital from the west (Randallia) side, rather than from Carew Street. Else you'll be walking through the entire maze of the hospital. The staff is affable and quite efficient. Despite the volume of patients, the entire process was less than twenty minutes.
