This is the 2nd year we have spent a weekend here in May. Since the weather was still chilly, we made a bonfire in the evening, wrapped ourselves in blankets, and sat by the dock watching shooting stars over the lake. Another amazing thing was listening to the loons calling at night and waking up to the birds chirping in the morning. It was such a relaxing and beautiful experience. We are already looking forward to coming back again next year. Thanks Jenny
We really enjoyed staying at Parkview Cottages. It is a great place for fishing lovers. The boat launch is only minutes away, and we could park our boat at the long driveway and save the expensive docking fees. After a long day of fishing, we loved sitting by the fire pit, having a barbecue, chatting, and enjoying the quiet night with some wine. The cabins were peaceful and comfortable, and we slept very well. If you enjoy fishing and relaxing by the lake, this is a perfect place to stay.
I arrived late in evening and it was a coming into a holiday weekend so picking was slim. I books 2 bedroom cabin reviews were good. I understand if somebody was having a bad day and didn’t clean the place properly. When I arrived at the Airbnb and walked in the first thing I found was the food and the stickiness on the floor food crumbs in the freezer.
