We have lived in Parkview for almost 6 years. We absolutely love it here. The HOA used to be not good at all but things have changed. You CAN park on the street. The neighbors are just amazing people. I have flower gardens all over and have and have never paid a cent to do it. The lawn care problems have been taken care of by changing the company that does the mowing. It truly is a great place to live.

A cute little neighborhood! I don't live here - some friends do - but it's a quiet place for how easy it is to get to town. There's something going up across the street, though, so we'll see how that goes.

I am going to give an honest opinion. The neigborhood is very quiet and the community is great. Very nice residents. You are going to pay an above average fee once a month for hoa but you dont have to mow your grass. This was my first home but I do question the quality of the materials of the home. Paint is very cheap inside and the floors are not the best. But like I said this is my first home so I didnt know what to look for. Im still learning. Overall a great community.

Community garden area and common grounds not maintained as per hoa covenants rules.garabage and construction mess all over the communities
