As a former employee, I can tell you that for the most part, the staff are a great bunch of people to work with. The administrator and the maintenance director? Not so much. The administrator is so worried about saving a buck that the facility was cutting hours to the point that cna's and nursing staff was short at various times. The maintenance director does not back up his employees and is more worried about his bed inventory than his staff being overworked. It USED to be a decent place to work, but it has changed.
I cannot say enough about Parkveiw� Every single person there was so wonderful��
I love Hallmark. The people at Hallmark really care about my dad. They listen, resolve problems, the food is good the activities are enjoyable. The nursing care is excellent. I could not be more impressed. Thank you Hallmark!
