It would be nice if someone answered the phone at the central nurses station when I call to ask how my relative is doing. Also, it would be nice when a patient has a doctor appointment outside the facility if they could manage to get the patient there on time rather than MORE THAN AN HOUR LATE!!!!! I would not recommend this facility unless improvements are made.
This is my 2nd time dealing with Parkview, the first time my mom was there in 2015, it was great. I had to put her back there in 2018 and the care continues to decline, they let the patients lay 5-6 hours at a time without changing them or rolling them, when it is supposed to be done every 2 hours, my moms IV bag has been empty for more than a day, I have approached the staff and nursing director, this continues to happen. Horrible place. They do not care about their patients. They all lie and back each other up. The directors etc.
Recommendedwe loved visiting today. the activity coordinator was super kind and helped set up a trick-or-treating event so the local kids could trick-or-treat inside with how cold it has been. the facility was clean and organized and the staff seemed very helpful and invested.

RecommendedParkview has been able to be there and help our family when we needed. Have had grandmother and 2 aunts there for short stays with quick recoveries in the last 5 years. Truly blessed and grateful for the wonderful service and care from all staff members they received. Very clean also, big plus. Would highly recommend and it is the only place my family will even consider going post surgery for care
