Susan listens to you. Staff remembers you and makes you feel welcome.
I wish we had started with Susan Bond when we 1st came to Groesbeck. She takes her time explaining what is going on. She has even called us after hrs to go over results of lab work done. Don't know when she has time for herself because she cares about her pts and stays on top of everything.
