Appalling service and apartment. Bad neighborhood. Self check in, reception has no open hours, they don't answer the phone. NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!!!!!! To start, we arrived after sunset, exhausted from a big day, ready for bed. This was maybe 5pm? 6pm? It was a bit cold, which is fine as it's winter. We put our belongings down and started to unpack. Room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, the best option in South Bank if you travel on a budget
DO NOT STAY HERE!! Unless of course you like to sleep amongst black mould, a dusty, disgusting, clearly NOT CLEANED apartment. You only have to see the photos attached to see these apartments are not cleaned properly or looked after and pose health concerns. We reported having black mould in our apartment and all they did was spray exit mould everywhere and scrub it off… this does not fix the problem. The whole bedroom blind was covered in mould. Stayed for 2 nights. They never made my bed or refreshed the coffee. Or gave me clean towels.
