Safety - Safe area, I never felt threatened in my place Parking - Off Street, but parking lot is crumbling. Appearance - Old, dirty, trashy, basically the landlord does nothing to maintain the place. Office Staff - TERRIBLE. Don't bother telling him anything. He won't help you and he'll act mad that you disturbed him from his busy day of sitting around doing absolutely nothing.
