We had a tour scheduled for today (4/13) at 3:30 PM and no one showed up. We waited, called multiple times, and received absolutely no response. Another individual who was going into the leasing office attempted to contact the manager for us and informed us she was “out sick,” yet there was still zero communication from anyone regarding our scheduled appointment. We texted our landlord, Tamra at 9 pm last night letting her know our garbage disposal was broken and she had maintenance at our door by 11am the next day. C.J. Was very kind and helpful. He even taught me how to fix the disposal (because it was a really silly problem). We really appreciate the great communication and positivity we’ve been shown since moving in.
My wife and I moved to Boise earlier this year. After years of being home owners, with some apprehension we decided to try apartment living. At our daughters suggestion we decided to try Parkway. The apartment has been great. Great views, quiet living, and our manager Tamara has been outstanding. She continues to be welcoming, responsive and helpful in our transition.
