I adore living in this apartment complex. The easy access to Downtown Boise and the river, the community, complex public spaces, and management is AMAZING! I didn’t think I would be staying in Boise for long, but this apartment has made me reconsider and I hope to live here for a long while.
Parkview Apartments is a gem! The beautiful landscaping, quiet atmosphere, and proximity to Ann Morrison Park really make it feel like home. Tamra, the manager, is amazing—Tamra is always responsive and helpful, providing great insights about local events and connecting the community. With Caleb and the maintenance team looking after everything, Parkview is a lovely place to live.
Best place I’ve ever rented. Wonderful neighbors, beautiful setting, 1st class amenities and Tamra Whitehouse the best property manager and outstanding human I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with. I now consider her a friend who has looked out for me and helped immensely with anything I needed. Hope to be here many years. Thanks Parkview!
These apartments have great amenities and are in a good location. The property manager, Tamra is also professional and incredibly helpful. You can tell she cares about the job and the people she works with.
We just moved into the Parkview Apartments and couldn't be happier. Spectacular views, park access, easy walk to the greenbelt/downtown, beautiful pool area, and very well maintained grounds. The 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is very spacious with a huge living room, large bathrooms, and an excellent kitchen w/ storage. The best part is we have an amazing property manager, Tamra Whitehouse.
