Great location but poor management...did not realize I had an outstanding debt and was never notified. They sent it to collections who never notified me either. Found out about debt when looking at my credit report and paid it immediately. A simple text or email would have been appreciated and saved everyone involved a lot a trouble.
Table Rock management has been a real improvement here! Finally there's somebody in the office 5 days a week! They have added a barbecue area, are refurbished the pool and the club room is actually open after 5:00 p.m.! Hooray for Tablerock management! Now when will the hot tub be installed?!?!
Parkview now has become a fantastic place to live and it’s all THANKS to the new property manager, Tamara! Her dedication and responsiveness have made a world of difference in improving the living experience at Parkview. The positive changes brought about by both Tamara and Caleb Have been incredible! We are one year residents at Parkview and have loved living here. Tamra, the property manager, has been awesome to work with. We wanted to put up curtains in place of the blinds for the huge windows and sliding glass doors we have. Tamra sent Caleb to help us complete this project and he was professional, caring, and diligent while working on the task at hand.
