Excellent move-in process. Fair pricing. One of the few places anymore truly running an apartment complex not just taking your money.
Robyn is the sweetest person ever. she is very welcoming and was helpful on my tour. She answered all of my questions and definitely went above and beyond for us. While on my tour I also was able to meet two of the maintenance workers Shawn and Karina, they were so nice and welcoming as well. I can tell they all love what they do and made my decision to move here easy for me. I can’t wait to move into my new home. Parkview is the best. I have been living here for 5 months now and services provided by the apartment complex is excellent. Maintenance are very responsive and staff members are always here to help. Recently, we were struck by a horrible snow storm, but the team immediately tried to clear out the roads as much as they can. The staff does a really great job at keeping the community engaged with activity nights, also help with charity and donations. The area is at prime location as well. The team at Parkview is phenomenal and they deserve to be recognized. The grounds are very well maintained and the property is so clean and pretty. The maintenance team, Karina, Shawn, and Mike, are like the three musketeers, a literal dream team! They all work so hard and are constantly going above and beyond, not only for the residents, but the property itself as well. I would definitely recommend Parkview for anyone that’s considering making the move! The grounds are so neat and clean. As for the units themselves, they are very spacious and modern. Ideal location with tons around! SHOUTOUT to the maintenance team, Shawn, Karina, and Mike… they ALWAYS go above and beyond! They are such a great team and always respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. You guys rock!!!
