I gave them a 1 because Deven is the sweetest human in the leasing office and the complex looks pretty when driving by. I hope the new tenants have a better experience. At least they have numbers on the doors for Amazon to deliver finally. Of course there's not much the leasing office can do about the dog poop/barking, marijuana smell throughout the whole unit, partying and noise during "quiet time" and the 4 to 5 mice living under the sink and stove. Excellent move-in process. Fair pricing. One of the few places anymore truly running an apartment complex not just taking your money. *Update: After 3 months, I have been very pleased with my experience. It isn’t easy managing an apartment complex, the staff work very hard to stay on top of everything. *Update 2: Find another apartment company who cares enough about their facilities to reseal their entire driveways/parking areas. Parkview Apartments is so welcoming and the entire team greeted us with open arms and really made the experience so wonderful. Robyn and her team treated us like it was already home. I would suggest this community to anyone that I know. I toured 3 years ago and our experience was horrible, coming back it looked like a totally different community. Very beautiful place and amazing staff. Definitely check them oit.
When I arrived at Parkview Apartments, I was truly impressed with the property. The office staff and maintenance staff were so welcoming and always answered my questions or concerns. There are kids here and there, but they have 2 and 3 bedrooms, so children are expected. I love the experience, and everyone is so welcoming. The office staff is amazing, Robyn (no relation) is very welcoming, and her leasing staff is amazing. Maintenance is very responsive and on top of things.
