The apartments are absolutely wonderful. Some of the maintenance guys are pretty good too. But if you're struggling financially I don't recommend trying to live here. You're hardly given any time to make up for rent and the manager will tell you one thing then go by something completely different. If she says your rent will be lowered it won't. They gave me a 10 day notice that my rent would increase after telling me that it would decrease. The excuse was that I didn't keep my end of the lease up. I couldn't afford over $400... read more
Nice apartment great staff
I would not recommend unless you are okay with grown men that "work" there walking into your apartment anytime they want while you're sleeping even and all the cameras inside the hall ways don't even work and if they do Twyilla (the landlord) is verbally abusive and a liar and will probably rip your head off and make you feel like the worst person even though you just want an explanation for things that concern your own safety. 🤷♀️
