I read a review of Parkview not so long ago and it was a bad one. Although as I continued reading I couldn't help but notice that this wasn't the same Parkview that was being spoken of. First thing that made me think this was the mention of signing an ONLINE lease, unfortunately this Parkview doesn't offer online lease signing. You actually have to come and get a lease from the manager. Whoever decided to post a review didn't make sure to check the address of which he was posting. As a graduate student looking for an apartment, the location of this apartment complex seemed pretty good at first. After speaking with the at first nice management staff, I signed a lease online assuming the apartment would be in a livable and safe condition. I came to visit the apartment before school to make sure everything was in order. As soon as I entered the complex where the unit was located, I immediately got hit with this huge wave of humidity and stench of mold. Even the carpets were wet.
