moved in here 4 years ago. very reasonably priced. Ron, the apartment manager, lives on site and is extremely efficient with getting problems resolved as well as keeping issues to a minimum. several upgrades made recently including a playground, new mailboxes with larger postal lock boxes, and security cameras watching the entryways and sidewalks.

I have lived here going on 2yrs now. I can honestly say that our landlord does numerous things around here to make it look nice. He however has a low tolerance for bullies, liars, and thieves - which I agree 100% with him on that. He just got done holding a back to school bash which he also holds other events as well for the children that live here. He doesn't have to do any of the things he does but you can tell that he's a generous person and likes to see others happy. I've yet to meet another landlord like Mr. Ron and muc... read more
