Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable!!
Dr. Wilborn is amazing! She was with us when we had to put my baby down last summer and was amazing again recently when we had to last minute take our other pup in fearing we had to do it again. Secretly we were hoping she’d be working because of how incredible she was. And somehow we were lucky enough to have her again for this last minute appt. She is so compassionate and thorough. Couldn’t be happier. She can’t ever leave.
This Hospital is very thorough in explaining every step. The staff was pleasant and took good care of my Grace. The establishment is very clean. I highly recommend their services.
The staff is “nice” but that doesn’t get you far when my cat is having skin issues. I brought him to this 4 star clinic. For the initial appointment Dr. wiggins did a minimal exam, did not check for ringworm with the blacklight, did not take a flea comb sample, did not take a cytology report as i requested. She just brushed us off and prescribed antibiotics a steroid and flea treatment although there was no evidence of fleas. she and her team were not able to take my cat’s blood.
