Bought a set of tires and they didn’t replace valve stems, all tires are leaking. Terrible service
Poorly organized, appears to have poor management, and extra items not requested or agreed onto bills. Many levels of disorganization in staff resulting in a chaotic record for us (name spelling, multiple 'corrections' that don't stick, hard time locating details). Ordered tires here as slightly cheaper and offered a specific appointment time to have it done. They kept the vehicle all day and never called that it was done. Horrible experience. Booked a flat repair at 2:30 took 2 1/2 hours and $88.00 will never be back.
