Unable to fix a simple leak on my bath spout diverter, instead wanted to replace the entire hardware, including spout, diverter, faucets, hand shower and all connecting hoses. Turns out it was just loose nut. Charged me $100+ for his trouble
Amazingly helpful in an emergency situation (new, filled 2,000 gal cistern sprang two leaks). Professional, personable, and answered our questions. Mr. Lewis quickly solved the problems. I can't recommend PQP&H highly enough.
My Go-To Guy for all things plumbing. Reasonable. Friendly. Highly Recommend. Just replaced my defective water heater, April 22/2024, which was done 4 years ago by a less experienced plumber. George is up to date to the new building codes and made the corrections. George's labour was less expensive than the last guy who replaced the water heater. Plus George was good enough to pick up and take the defective one back. I have only known George three years and can say he is not expensive.

Phoned PQP&H about a shower head installation.. wasn't entirely sure I should be doing it myself.. George reassured me that it shouldn't be difficult but that if I had problems to call him and he could be over in the afternoon or the next day. His quoted call out charge was very reasonable ... What really impressed me was his willingness to help out and give advice over the phone. Rest assured should this task prove to be beyond my capabilities I will be calling PQP&H entirely confident in his ability and integrity..
