We used this company April 20/20 were satisfied as the service was good. They washed the car, vacuumed and also did a 25 point inspection as advertised. This time however, there was no car wash, no vacuum and no sheet saying they had done any sort of inspection. Also saw in the online ad that for a full synthetic oil change, which we had done, that it also included a filter, which we were charged and paid for. Very disappointing.
