Most rude staff i ever seen
So this petite home hardware store with limited selection, surrounded by giants (canadian tire , home building center) i really wanted to support them, but wow the elderly staff, now I dont have a problem with elderly people working but it's seem like some of them can be very rude, and also they have no clue in simple modern day technology. making customer shopping experience or diy project more stressful then it have to be. The staff at this location are very unfriendly! They make you feel like you’re a bother when you ask a question. I won’t to back..really poor customer service!
