Excellent experience in buying yesterday, a Dodge Ram 1500 truck. Lilly Jensen, our sales rep, was wonderful to work with. As soon as she introduced herself you could see she had a down to earth approach, never pushy. She listened to what we were looking for and was able to show us exactly what we wanted. Everyone, we dealt with at the dealership, were friendly and professional, answered any questions we had, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lilly if you are looking for any type of vehicle to buy now or in the future.

Just got my RAM service from the Chrysler in Parksville and I have nothing but good words to say specially about Andrew who is at the front desk in service and he is definitely awesome and I think he’s one of the best advisors we’ve dealt with since we bought the truck brand new. The service was pretty quick and efficiently booked and done. He gave us suggestions and we’re and on our way back there home within an hour of giving him the key. Very very professional.
