My mother lives in these apartments. The maintenance issues are bad. She’s reported several issues upon move-in with her new apartment including the garbage disposal not working , fluorescent light out, elec plugs not working and broken towel bar. She’s been there for over a month and nothing has been addressed. The maintenance people also left 2 5 gallon cans of paint and a brush in her apartment and told her it was there for her to do touch ups. The touch ups are on the ceiling and she’s 80 years old.
