Great experience. My son was looking for a truck and ended up not finding what he was looking for but they were giving him a great trade in price for his truck. My husband and I found a truck that we liked and pulled the trigger, trading in our son’s truck. The transaction was smooth and Kayla was great to work with. She answered all of our questions ahead of time so all we needed to do was test drive, look the truck over and make our decision. Thanks Kayla and Parks Motors.
Purchased a used Jeep this late summer on the Chevrolet side. I already gave a 5 star review concerning the sales team. However, the 2 stars this time is for the finance/business part. I will tell right up front that I failed to read EVERYTHING that I signed. They keep you 2 tiring hrs. then slap everything down real fast for a signature. They said it had a ceramic coating applied and they needed to add an additional $900. Ended up splitting the cost.
