Think multiple times before buying. The warranty representatives lack competence, and will blame you for defects that are clearly not your fault. These townhomes are gorgeous! Fair amount of space, well designed and they offer a higher level of comfort. Back in a hidden spot off Federal but close to amenities.

We purchased this property in August and have encountered numerous problems. Upon moving in, we discovered spilled paint on the carpet, which was done by a worker who didn’t bother to take responsibility. Additionally, the construction workers frequently park behind our garage and leave their trash scattered around. The cherry on top…… The first snowstorm revealed the rapid and cost-effective construction of these townhouses, as our rooftop drainage system has now leaked water into our guest bedroom and, likely, our kitchen.... read more
