Limited range and stock on hand for my needs and what seems like expensive options. Staff member was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in finding a solution within their business.
Chris and the team done an incredible job of installing tow bar and brake controller on our Patrol. We live up north and to still get that friendly helpful service down here is awesome. Highly recommend.

Red arc electric brake controller for y62 Nissan Patrol I went with Parkside as they are a local business specialising in towing equipment. I found the pricing comparable to quotes from other businesses. The customer service staff were friendly and very good at communication. Unfortunately the fitting of the controller was not done to the manufacturer’s specifications and instead of being “mounted securely in a fixed location” the unit was slipped down behind the trim in the footwell. We have had work done on our vehicle, a 2022 VW Touareg twice now, at Parkside. We originally had the tow bar fitted and most recently had electric brakes and an Anderson plug fitted. Both times we received five star service - from all the staff, Maddy and John, and in the workshop, Lee and John. Their friendly service and workmanship exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to return for any of our future needs.
