Came in less than 10 mins late and the lady receptionist who tended to us didn’t even know what to do and asked a colleague and basically told us that the doctor might not be able to see us but asked us to wait. We waited for 40 mins while one other patient that came way after got ahead of us. And never got informed that the doctor couldn’t see us. Be prepared to spend hours in phone queues only to get nowhere. I called in the morning for an urgent blood test, was told a chemist would call me, and waited three hours before I gave them a ring — only to find out their chemist doesn’t do blood tests. After another hour-long phone queue, a different receptionist said I needed to see a GP instead. Thanks for wasting my time and making me fast for nothing, Parkside! In the future, I hope you avoid sending mixed messages.

Phone to order a prescription was placed in the queue I was 9th in line 43 minutes to answer a phone call to basically be on line for 30 seconds giving prescription details!! Absolute shambles.
Is it weird to leave a review for a really good blood withdrawal? Honestly never had a better experience getting bloods done, no sharp scratch to be found. Cheers Alison
