Neglectful, degrading, and unsafe. My family member was treated terribly at Wexham Park Hospital’s Parkside private suites. While Sylvia, Bikram, Eric, Raveena, Alina, and April showed genuine kindness, most of the staff were negligent, hostile, and unprofessional. They were left in agony for hours, given wrong or delayed medication, and misled with conflicting information. I cannot praise Parkside and their staff enough. I went in for an open Myomectomy and stayed 2 nights. The nurses go above and beyond for you and tend to your every need without more than a few minutes wait. The food was the best food I’ve ever had whilst being admitted. The cleanliness and facilities in your room is great. Thank you to the team at Parkside for looking after me when I was at my most vulnerable - you’re all fantastic.

My partner stayed with you for 18 days , he will be writing his own glowing review on here and to PALS . The medical staff here were amazing, polite, professional , helpful and caring. The kitchen staff and cleaners thank you for everything too , you was so lovely and attentive and the room was always so clean . You all made his stay that little bit easier . Eric, Sylvia, ravenna usha your all diamonds 💎 ( sorry to the staff who's names I don't know .
