Horrible Management: Before Karina Ferreira came to Parkside Studios they had a very helpful understanding, communicative manager at Parkside Studios including is very nice and helpful assistant. The assistant was doing all my applications process and the manager before was just signing off and reading things over. Do not under any circumstances move in here or do business with these people. The building is infested with bedbugs and roaches and their idea of pest control is to blame the people who complain, and tell them to hire their own exterminator. This is not any single resident manager; I have lost track of the number we have had since it opened but it has been five this year. So far. The position is currently vacant.
