I went to this spa specifically because their website states a trans-inclusive policy: that all guests, including transgender guests, may access the spa consistent with their gender identity and expression, based on ID, and that all members are expected to be treated with respect. Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. The food was good as well. I didn’t want to leave the lounge area. Super relaxing. I just wished the baths had those powerful jets but I’ll definitely be back

The hot tub,sauna, steam room, and poultice room temperatures are always perfect and the services exactly how I need them to be, and this spa is also always clean! It's my go-to place when I need a moment..
I liked their sauna, but I’m not sure if the baths were clean. There were only a few baths, and I saw a lot of hair and small debris floating in the water. I also got a massage service. The massage itself was great, and I was planning to leave a tip, but I didn’t like the way the staff member asked for it afterward.
