Got my mom a $200 gift certificate for Christmas, she booked a package online and not a single thing was what she has ordered, her whole experience was ruined because she didn’t want to sound like she was complaining so she just let them do their nonsense, I will complain for her, absolutely unacceptable, will not be buying another from these unprofessionals negative stars if it was an option
