I was planning to have my wedding at the Smoky Mountain Pavilion next October and, unfortunately, had to cancel. Amanda was so accommodating & understanding, and quick to respond. She even refunded my deposit which was huge. While I’m so sad we won’t be able to have our wedding here, I am looking forward to staying at the resort sometime in the near future to check out the awesome cabins and incredible views.

Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful stay in cabin "An Awesome View " (3 King Bd/3Ba). The location was perfect, just 2 miles off the parkway. Check-in was an easy process, & given our welcome packet. We were glad to see a Christmas Tree upon entering the cabin. Cabin was clean & spacious for our trip. We also enjoyed the Christmas lights through the resort as it had a cozy feeling. We would definitely stay here again.
