We had a GREAT experience with Parkside Pool. The pool is clean and the instructor (we had Emily) was amazing with a group of 4, 5 and 6 year olds! She is so patient and challenges them in ways I don’t think other lesson programs could. The kids are swimming and jumping into the pool With no life jackets confidently. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this program to anyone looking for a good quality, affordable swimming lesson program.
Instructors are great. Facility is convient for us.
Not sure why all these reviews are so bad we so far love it there the building could need a little maintenance but other than that instructor is great. More one on one with the kids. We like it !!!
Do not waste your time and money with lessons here. My youngest kid nearly drowned when the instructor wasn't paying attention and she slid from the shallow end to the deep end (there's also no divider/rope to prevent it). My oldest was passed with ZERO actual instruction. When we got to actual quality lessons, we had to set her back two levels. Absolutely useless and infuriating they take money for this disaster.
I have been going to this pool for three years now and will not be going back. The lack of communication from the coordinator is unacceptable. We had one of our lessons cancelled due to the instructor and we were never offered a makeup date so I asked for the refund for the one lesson missed. After emailing four times I gave up and just accepted there wouldn't be a refund. The bathroom was never clean. Often out of toilet paper or soap.
