I can't say enough good things about Parkside Pharmacy and Nancy!! Nancy is such a bright light. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and she is very caring. Whether it's answering questions, helping navigate prescriptions, or just offering a friendly word, she truly cares about the people who come in. this Pharmacy is amazing the pharmacist was not only knowledgeable but she was incredibly helpful in getting me medications I was having very hard time getting other places I am switching all of my pharmaceutical needs to Parkside. they also have free 15-minute parking in the lot which is incredibly helpful
I specifically requested this pharmacy avoid dispensing generic medications manufactured by Glenmark Pharmaceutical due to documented safety concerns, including FDA recalls and reported adverse events. The owner, Nancy, acknowledged my request and agreed to verify the manufacturer before filling my prescription. Despite my doing extensive research and only asking her to make one phone call to confirm the manufacturer, she failed to follow through. This is one of the only mom and pop pharmacies left. They treat you like family, and their communication is impeccable. They’ve rushed orders through for me prior to a long weekend and will return all inquiries within minutes. Can’t recommend them enough, truly.
