Gorgeous apartment Makayla is absolutely wonderful! She makes you happy you choose to come here. I want to live here (B1) PLEASE
I have lived here for six years and have had a very positive experience. My apartment balcony faces beautiful green trees and I always enjoy seeing the squirrels each morning. The community is quiet, and there are no noise issues. The staff members have been consistently friendly, especially the manager Yolanda.Whenever I request a repair, the maintenance team addresses it promptly. Claudia.
As I would hope it comes to no surprise of this property, I would not recommend them. I wouldn't recommend them unless you're ok with expecting a nearly 7% market rate increase annually, that comes along with the racist neighbors from hell. I'm sure that the response to this review will be, "Well Miss Jones we provided you with options." Options that include rentals in the complex that are the same price (smaller square footage) or a higher price.
