We've called this community home since 2015, and it's been an amazing place to live. Both of my daughters were born while we've lived here, making it even more special to our family. The community is wonderful, with beautiful parks, playgrounds, duck-feeding areas, and so much more for families to enjoy. The office staff is outstanding—Yolonda, Olivia, and Makayla always go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. Management isnt willing to work with us when our contract literraly says I should have been given a Carport. Mind you ive explained the issue with water going into my vehicle so a carport was necessary. Their only response was that i could try parking somewhere else LOL. When I mentioned it was illegal Olivia the assitant manager said "Well i noted down when I spoke to you about not charging you the carport fee. I noted everything."DONT MOVE IN HERE.
I've only been here for a short amount of time, but from the moment that I viewed the apartment, it has been nothing but a great experience. Living here has been so peaceful and so pleasant, sometimes it doesn't seem real. Everyone seems to mind their business, but still be neighborly. Everyone seems to respects each other. Maintenance is wonderful here!! I cannot say more GREAT things about the maintenance guys, they are the best!!! Yolanda (sorry if misspelled) the Property Manager, THANK YOU! Your professionalism, quick response, friendly mannerisms and creating plan to reslove my issue definitely made up for the INCOMPETENCY of other front office staff members. I appreciate you and maintenance teams assistance. That is reason my score changed from 2 to 4.
