As I would hope it comes to no surprise of this property, I would not recommend them. I wouldn't recommend them unless you're ok with expecting a nearly 7% market rate increase annually, that comes along with the racist neighbors from hell. I'm sure that the response to this review will be, "Well Miss Jones we provided you with options." Options that include rentals in the complex that are the same price (smaller square footage) or a higher price. Just wanted to put my review of this apartment! First of, maintenance here are great! Other then that please people go find someone where else to spend your money! There apartments are over priced! Me and my wife stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and we just had 2 newborn babies! There was water on the bathroom wall so they had to rip the hole wall down and found black moled and water pipe broke! They made my wife and my 2 newborn babies sit in the front office from 9am til 5pm until they decide to give us a room to stay! Thes... read more
I called and spoke with Makayla Patuto before I got to the apartment. When I got there she was waiting for me. We took a tour of the 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom. Makayla is very patient and sweet and can relate to anyone. So far she's the best person to tour apartments with. She provides enough information and everything was well explained. She made touring the Apartment so easy and stress free. Everything went smoothly.
