First pregnancy was GREAT with parkside. It was at their old location and everything was so smooth, any issues I had got handled and I looked forward to my visits. Now in my second pregnancy, I’ve had multiple issues and concerns and I just get brushed off everytime. The MA’s never bring up any issues they ask about at the beginning to the doctor, the doctors brush off issues and try to get out of the room as fast as possible. My first pregnancy with Parkside last year was an absolute dream, but my second pregnancy with them right now has been an absolute nightmare! I am 29 weeks pregnant with my second and have been feeling severe uterine irritability/cramps/contractions. I have tried to message and call Parkside multiple times and nobody ever answers the phone. I used for my first child. They are rude, make you wait HOURS, ignore all of your concerns, and Dr. White made me feel as if I didn’t know my own body. Seriously RUN from this practice if you’re having a child.

This practice should not be accepting new patients. I tried to schedule an appointment in May, the earliest available date was in September. I took the appointment and requested if anything earlier come up if I could be put on some waitlist to be contacted. They advised they could not do so. My September appointment was cancelled in August with the earliest next availability to be in late November.
