I really have loved them for my pregnancies but I am 12 weeks postpartum currently with a history of retained placenta and symptoms that indicate that again. I was supposed to get a call on Tuesday from scheduling for an ultrasound. I felt completely unheard and unsafe as a patient because my acute pain and bleeding were treated as secondary to the doctor's schedule
These people are horrible nurse practitioner when I was trying to conceive and was there for a fertility evaluation just normal general work blood work told me my biological clock was ticking because I was 41 and that I might want to try to hurry up and get pregnant and don't take it personal if I don't so unprofessional
After being in healthcare myself for such a long time I tend to have high standards for Doctors and staff, I came to this Dr office specifically because of how AMAZING all their staff is. From the office and front desk women to the MA’s, and NP’s and Dr’s. I was very scared having my first baby in a new state as well, Kelly Kline was the BEST DR I could have asked for. I really like this practice. They have always made me feel seen at all of the prenatal visits and they are extremely responsive. Have a doctor or several that hear your concerns, and make you feel seen is truly worth its weight in gold. I'm so glad I found this practice. Thank you Parkside for all of the great experiences!
