I really like this practice. They have always made me feel seen at all of the prenatal visits and they are extremely responsive. Have a doctor or several that hear your concerns, and make you feel seen is truly worth its weight in gold. I'm so glad I found this practice. Thank you Parkside for all of the great experiences!
I’ve been to Parkside three times in the last several months. Each time, I’ve been seen right away, the reception staff has been amazing, the nursing staff has been awesome, the lab tech who drew my blood was friendly and very good at her job, and Dr. Batson has been super helpful. I highly recommend this practice.
I don't often leave reviews, however, I'd be remiss if I didn't take the time out to share my pleasant experience at Parkside obgyn. This was my first visit as a new patient at the practice. I felt right at home.The staff were so friendly and professional. The facility was so clean and the atmosphere was so calm and pleasant. I was referred to Parkside by a nurse at my primary healthcare provider. Im so glad I chose this practice. I felt safe, cared for and respected. Looking forward to my next visit with them!
These people are horrible I had blood work done they told me everything was ok and when I changed doctors my new one told me one my blood test was borderline!!! Then I called to file a complaint and one called me back I'm going over there head to call the medical board to send a complaint against that nurse practitioner and doctor.....
Went to one of their baby classes. Before attending I called their office to make sure since I do not go to parkside and will not be going to patewood if I could still attend this class. I was reassured it was for all not just their clients. Wrong. The whole class was a commercial for parkside and patewood hospital. The class itself was not very informational and only gave information through slides. The class was scheduled 6pm to 9 and ended almost an hour early. Did not get our moneys worth.
