I have been going to Parkside since I was around 10-12 weeks and I am currently 32 weeks and 3 days and I have received nothing but passionate and understanding care. They listen to my concerns, are always there to listen if I’m experiencing any issues, and always show me compassion even when I have “stupid” questions. Such a wonderfully inviting office that makes medical appointments more pleasant. I was able to be part of a research study here and every staff member I interacted with was kind and welcoming. Jenna especially made the appointment more fun and eased my concerns with the blood draw!

They overbook and are not considerate of your time and effort, I was stuck in traffic for almost an hour to due to a car accident and got to my appointment just over 15 minutes late and they refused to see me. I tried calling multiple times with no answer
Trying to get an appointment scheduled is awful. You might be on hold for 15-20 minutes before you get to speak to someone. It didnt used to be like this until they switched offices. Also, they are so far booked out. I had to schedule a month out just for an annual.
