Absolutely Amazing service from this company. The care and support my parents received from Graham were second to none. He couldn't do enough for them/us. No pushy sales, just good honest service. Took my mum to the post office to help her tax the vehicle explaining everything clearly for her. Mark was brilliant too answering text messages promptly, never left us waiting. Trying to find a WAV for large off-road scooter. Mark spent hours with us trying to fit the scooter into vehicles, unfortunately without success (our challenging requirements rather than his expertise and desire to help) Although he could not provide a vehicle he gave excellent advice on companies who do conversions for WAVs and which worked to a standard he would recommend. Fabulous customer service from Parkside Motors. We bought a pre loved Skoda Yeti, which we’d been patiently looking for, for a while. We were looked after so well by Graham. Lovely to know that good old customer service still exists in Atherton. Would recommend Parkside to anyone.
Our dealings with Parkside Motors over the last couple of years have been first class. Mark and Graham were fantastic in every way, helping my parents get a wheelchair vehicle that was just right for them. Helpful and friendly at every stage of the process, can’t recommend them enough!!! Thank you!
I cannot recommend Parkside Motors enough. Graham and Mark have been absolutely brilliant. I bought a used car from them, the service was brilliant they made sure the car was properly serviced and mot'd and kept me fully up to date. there was a small fault with it after a few days which they could not have known about and all it took was a quick text to mark and he arranged for the car to be collected, looked at and repaired within a couple of days and returned to me.
