Nice, friendly and helpful owners who have recently taken over. Very comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. Nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Close to shops and supermarket.
Easy access, quick in and out. Would stay again.
Location is good, lady at reception is nice. The rooms are visually nice and presentable. The main complaint was that they are not clean. Dust everywhere. Pubic hair on the toilet (after it had a cleaned and sanitised label over it). Stains on the walls (one which looked like semen stain). Mold on the window. Food scraps between pages of the booklet left. Dust in the plates and cups. Undercover carpark needs some fixing. The cleaning staff need training or replacement. That's the main major concern bringing the place down.
