I did not stay. I checked out a room had a musty smell floors were dirty overall not good. When I talked to the manager she said they only had one hour to clean the room. That is not what you want to hear.Very disappointed canceled my reservation.

First let me say we are long time customers. Our group has been coming to Conneaut Lake for 21 years with out fail. We have changed motels 3 times and have been staying at the parkside for a majority of those years. I have to say the accomidations over the years have diminished recently. Mainly since new ownership. When you pack toilet paper and cleaning supplies to take to a motel that says a lot. We have many great memories with family and friends and the location is perfect. I spent most of my summer of 2015 here and absolutely loved it! The rooms are clean and the atmosphere takes me back to my childhood! The feeling you get with summer's in Conneaut is truly priceless! Even more so, when you have little one's of your own to share it with! The staff is very welcoming and eager to make you feel at home. The owners are absolutely deplorable. They are rude and ignorant. We stayed at the motel in mid august. The owners were visiting from NY at this time. Our room as clean and we were completely satisfied with the service we received from Dan the manager. He ran is tail off to make sure we and the other guests were taken care of. The Parkside Motel. Conneaut Lake Pa, USA ---- My friend and I arrived about 3pm on Saturday August 30th, 2014. As I took a left into its parking lot, I was happy to see its outdoor pool looking as crisp and clean as I had known over a long time stretch of my life. I'm deeply sorry for you not enjoying your experience, however we appreciate your feedback so that we can improve the quality of our motel. The bed you claimed to be broken wasn't. The hook of the bed came off and your problem was fixed in a timely manner and what you claim as dirty was only under the bed and we cleaned it right away. We didn't charge $90 but $75 fir the room with 3 beds and 5 people and 60 for the room with two beds for 3 people. Filthy. Had to ask office for a broom so we can sweep the room. Old left over food in microwave. Bathroom was dirty, someone else's shoes left under the bed. No maid service. Had to ask for fresh towels, bed broken. The man in the office was very "unprofessional" and rude. This place wants to charge $90 bucks a night, yet it's filthy and beat down. Never again. Would rather sleep in my car than have my family sleep in this motel. Definitely needs cleaned and updated.

Totally sucked. Room was dirty, smellly, rusty, and mold in bathroom.. Deffinately not a clean place to stay. We refused to stay because of the filth. They wouldn't give us our deposit back because we didn't get a 24 hour notice. If I had known it was that dirty I would never have booked this motel. Picutre in add looks very nice with a beautiful pool. WRONG!!!!!! The pool was totally green Yuk
