Great doctor, but none of that matters if you can literally not reach the office. I’ve been without my prescription medication now for over a month and no one will return my calls. I’ve left over six voicemails and no one will reach out. I understand I can physically pop into the office, but that means taking a day off work for me and it just seems so unnecessary when all I need is for a prescription refill. So frustrating and unprofessional.
If i could give this a 0 star, i would. It's unbelievable how many times I tried to get in touch with someone without answering i even left voicemails but still I didn't get any response, it's truly frustrating.
Why is there a sign still up as walk in clinic when you're no longer a walk-in clinic Do better!
This place is no longer a walk-in clinic, even though the name still suggests it is. Please update your business info—people are showing up expecting walk-in service and wasting their time.
Reception here is very rude and not accommodating of their patients at all. Dr Hanna is fantastic but awful process getting to him.
