It's gone down hill since they hired the new staff. They don't do anything and are rude. There's supposed to be rules but some people get away with breaking them. Lots of drug users and drug deals going on, people walking down the street with guns. It's calm during the day but at night all the druggies wake up and fly up and down the road. Someone is gonna get hurt here one day. Would not recommend living here.

This place is going down hill they don’t want you to have a life in this park not kid friendly at all management is terrible they make rules apply to who they want them to apply to there not much diversity in park a lot of drug addicts if you have kids don’t come to this park they cant not even have trampolines the yards a very small and a construction working man can’t even have a utility trailer in the park to terrible place yo live if you have children

Have lived here for years, and every year things are getting worse. Now under new management, drugs and crime are more than common. Tenants who complain are treated as the criminals here. Harassment by management is at an all time high. I'm stuck in this disaster, and advise anyone who looks into this trailer park to avoid it at all costs.

The park manager is overly controlling. Rules don't apply to to everyone and trashy people and drugs are everywhere.
