I lived in Parkside Estates in Red deer for 10 years. in 2011 they hired a child molester to maintain the landscaping. This mans name is Tom Lerch & he is still currently employed by Parkside Holdings. He is a very strange man, who I personally caught on 2 seperate occations peering through my windows. He also followed my self & a friend for over an hour 1 day while we did some shopping.
