Update: I gave this practice another go since they are the closest to me. However, again, like many other reviewers, I have found the reception staff to be most unhelpful and also like another reviewer, I had a doctor who took over 14 hours to text me a script, at around 9pm when my child’s lab test results had been texted to me at 7am! Was a long term patient, together with my son and was so happy with the service received by Dr Eckert. Since he retired, this practice has become so money hungry and uncaring.

Drs are always very good, but reception staff are consistently offhand and unhelpful. This has gone on for years. It's a shame the front line can't be improved by the Practice as we dread having to deal with them.

Very unaccommodating. My family and I have been to this practice for many years and on two occasions they have not been willing to help with urgent appointments. Not happy with this service.
