I mean hey if you like waiting half hour past your booked appointment time every single time you have an appointment, go here. Absolute useless with times, not a single time in over a year coming here has an app time actually been ON time

Parkside Family Practice, 321 Fullarton Road, Parkside is good GP Practice but like many GP Practices it is difficult to see a GP with short notice. However if you called in the morning - they take calls from 8.30am - and explain WHY you need to see your GP, if not another GP, urgently, you can often get an appointment that day with a different GP if yours is completely booked. Update: I gave this practice another go since they are the closest to me. However, again, like many other reviewers, I have found the reception staff to be most unhelpful and also like another reviewer, I had a doctor who took over 14 hours to text me a script, at around 9pm when my child’s lab test results had been texted to me at 7am! When I called the next day to see if the antibiotics were still necessary since it had been 3 days since the swab and more since the illness began, the doctor was not in and the receptionist ... read more

Was a long term patient, together with my son and was so happy with the service received by Dr Eckert. Since he retired, this practice has become so money hungry and uncaring.
