Efficient and didn't wait long. Check in process convenient. Agency nurse didn't have any lollipop for toddler as older sibling asked and commented they get a lollipop when they visit the dentist and a sticker for being brave.
Worst GP practice in Reading. I’ve just had surgery and needed a dressing change and the nurses Zara Griffith and Charlotte Bradley refused to see me. They couldn’t even rebook me until two weeks later. Very rude and unprofessional
We have been coming here for a few years. The doctors here have all been fine. Nothing exceptional but never has there been any issues. The reception staff on the other hand have no people skills and absolutely no manners. They speak ina rude and condescending tone. Frankly they behave like bullies. We were 4misn late and after being attitude that we may be refused service allowed us to stay. They made it clear that it was now up to the doctor to choose if they would see us. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband had a same day appointment booked due to his worsening headaches which has become unbearable so it was a very important appointment. He was only 3 minutes late to his appointment and the receptionist said she’d need to speak to the nurse to see if she’s still available, only to return and say she will not be available today and is already seeing another patient?! My 6 years old daughter has been refused to receive help what would take 5 mins and manager advice that they are always provide best help and I can change gp if don’t like them . Congratulations you !!!
