Best family med team in Greenville!
I called to reschedule an appointment and I spoke with Makayla at the front desk of parkside family medicine on Verdae Blvd. (I apologize if that’s spelled wrong) and she was the most helpful person I have ever talked with over the phone. We were talking for probably 15 minutes and she was scanning the calendar for an appointment and working with me and my schedule. I, truly, am so appreciative of her and her patience. She is absolutely amazing and I had to give her recognition!!!
If you are sick they cannot see you and send you to urgent care…what’s the point of establishing with a doctor that WILL NOT see you when you are sick!

My experience as a new patient at parkside family medicine was a 10/10. As soon as you enter the office you feel welcomed and put at ease because of the kindness of the patient experience hosts and the cleanliness of the environment. The medical staff, both MAs and the PA, Caroline, were very thorough, offering clear medical guidance in a respectful and kind way. The lab staff AJ was incredible when drawing blood!
