I saw Dr. Carbajol for root canal treatment. He was caring and kind. The numbing injections were the quickest I've ever had and they worked. No pain at all during the procedure (even though dental procedures generally give me anxiety) . He even identified problems with the adjacent implanted tooth for which he referred me to perio. After seeing perio, I'm well on my way to fixing the whole issue. I appreciate that he was able to identify these issues so quickly and set me on the correct path.
Compassionate care in a comforting environment. Dr. Carbajal thoroughly and thoughtfully reviewed my case with me making sure I understood. He displayed great empathy and kindness which helped ease my anxiety. The supporting staff were also very kind and helpful! I highly recommend this office.
Saw Dr. Tory for a root canal and had a great experience! She is amazing! I also felt like it was a very healthy workplace where the staff communicates and everyone was genuinely happy and super nice. It made a huge difference in how comfortable and cared for I felt as a patient. Amazing experience, makes me want another root canal!
I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Parkside for a root canal was so good, I just have to recommend them. The whole staff is very nice and professional, everything was explained well. Dr. Kolderman was very thorough and concerned about my comfort. I usually visit a different Endodontist, but I will return to Parkside for anything else I need.
