Dr. Bekhyt is AMAZING. She’s thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and an incredible dentist all around. My appointments are always comfortable and I’m always at ease as Dr. Bekhyt clearly explains everything to me. I bring my kids here as well and they are welcomed with kindness. The front desk staff are wonderful and so charismatic. The atmosphere is relaxed and I couldn’t be happier with my choice for a dentist/office.
I had my first visit at Parkside Dental today and left feeling reassured that they truly cared about me as a patient. I get extremely overwhelmed at the dentist, but from the moment I walked into the office the staff were kind, friendly and very supportive of my needs while I was there. During my cleaning, they checked in often to make sure I was doing okay and kept casual conversations which helped to calm my nerves! Full service and efficient. However it is very very noisy while you are being treated as there are many employees and patients in about 6 or 7 treatment areas but all are open to each other from 7 feet to the ceiling so sound goes everywhere. It is always hectic there. You now have to sign a waiver everytime you are treated. Feels very impersonal. On the other hand they can treat your issue well and fix you up with as little discomfort as possible.
Everyone at Parkside Drive is so wonderful. The receptionist, Racheal and hygienist, Alicia are both amazing. The dentist, Dr. Bekhyt is the best. She is very kind and gentle, and so thorough. She explains everything, which is great! If you’re looking for a new office, I definitely recommend Parkside Drive. You will not be disappointed!
UNPROFESSIONAL Parkside dental Mrs WHITESIDE does not have a sturdy hand when pulling her equipment out of your mouth. I had several teeth hit multiple times with the metal equipment on the opposite side. Almost felt like she was going to chip or even break a tooth.
