I am an extremely nervous patient and Victoria, Kelsey and the team were all so kind and really put me at ease. I won't say the extraction was my favourite experience, but it was painless, quick and as stress-free as they could possibly make it for me. At all times I felt like I was in control and if I was uncomfortable they would stop and check I was ok. I really recommend this practice for anyone who is nervous or worried about dental work.
I am someone who absolutely dreads going to the dentist but Victoria and her dental nurse made my visit the best it could be! Still traumatic but they helped me relax and make my experience bearable. Thank you ladies! ( A visit to the dentist could never be 5 stars !)
Our little girl was in pain and not registered with an NHS dentist due to the very long wait list. We found Parkside after some research as it was her first visit. Victoria was amazing. Patient, kind, explaining everything to our little one and advising of the best course of treatment for her. I’d have no hesitation in going back to Parkside or recommending to anyone. Great people and service. Thank you.
Great team that have provided exceptional treatment and care to my son. They have shown real compassion and would highly recommend them to anyone who is neurodivergent or even scared of the dentist. We will always treasure their kindness and support.
