When Dr. Sheila and her amazing staff ran this practice it was always a great experience. It is a smaller more intimate practice where you really felt the sense that Dr. Sheila and her staff truly cared. Unfortunately now that the practice has been bought and now has all new staffing my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I call to book appointments and I have been put on hold for over 10 mins and forgotten about. I have left messages with no return calls from the office.
