Not much information about current builds.
Location is very good. Overall good quality construction. After sales warranty is not up to the mark. One has to do multiple follow ups. But they are fixing the defects. Lived for around 5 years and I won't say house has any major defects.
Worst builder I have ever met. The house was having lots of issues and the warranty service/rep are not responding. My husband and I are very upset. This will be our last home from David Weekley.
